Customers must provide correct vehicle details, location details, contact number, and special instructions before the service.

  • We may refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect information is provided.
  • The vehicle is unavailable at the agreed time.
  • The vehicle condition is unsafe or unsuitable for the requested service.
  • The customer behaves abusively, unlawfully, or unreasonably.

  • The service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Prices, Payments and Offers

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may depend on vehicle type, vehicle size, vehicle condition, selected package, additional services, location, pickup and drop requirements, or special customer requests.

Payment must be made using a method accepted by Service 4 U L.L.C, including cash, card, online payment, or any other approved method.

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, loyalty benefits, or free services are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and availability. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated.

6. Pickup and Drop Service

Pickup and drop service may be available only in selected areas and is subject to staff availability, timing, traffic, vehicle condition, and booking confirmation.

The customer must ensure that the vehicle is legally registered, insured, roadworthy, and safe to drive.

The customer must remove all valuable items, cash, personal belongings, and sensitive documents from the vehicle before handover. We shall not be responsible for loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.

The customer agrees to provide the correct pickup and drop location, vehicle key, access permission, and contact details.

Any delay caused by traffic, weather, security restrictions, customer unavailability, or other external reasons shall not make Service 4 U L.L.C liable for any loss or inconvenience.

7. Customer Vehicle and Personal Belongings

Customers are requested to check their vehicle before and after the service.

Any existing scratches, dents, damage, stains, technical faults, warning lights, or mechanical issues should be reported before the service begins.

Service 4 U L.L.C shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, mechanical failure, electrical issues, or weak parts that may become visible during or after cleaning.

Any complaint regarding service quality must be reported immediately or within a reasonable time after service completion.

8. Service Results and Limitations

Service results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, paint quality, interior condition, stains, dirt level, previous damage, material type, and maintenance history.

Some stains, marks, odors, scratches, oxidation, or damage may not be completely removable.

We do not guarantee restoration of the vehicle to a brand-new condition unless specifically agreed in writing.

Any recommendation provided by our staff is based on visible condition and general experience and should not be treated as mechanical or technical certification.

9. Cancellation, Refund and Re-Service Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting Service 4 U L.L.C before the confirmed appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling is subject to availability and operational approval.

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case. Once a service has been completed, payment is generally non-refundable.

If a customer is not satisfied with the service, Service 4 U L.L.C may, at its discretion, offer inspection, correction, re-service, partial adjustment, or another suitable solution.

No refund or re-service shall be applicable where the issue is due to pre-existing damage, unrealistic expectations, customer negligence, delayed complaint, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
